✅ Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories included
- You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- The item delivered is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Please note: Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or change of mind are not eligible for replacement.

✔ A small pickup and replacement handling fee may apply (based on your region and courier).

- We will arrange a pickup from your address
- Once the product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7–14 working days

💰 Refund Policy
At Jamsouk, we prioritize product hygiene, safety, and quality. As a result, refunds are generally not offered, except in exceptional cases approved by our support team.
If a refund is approved:
- Standard fulfillment and initial shipping costs may be deducted
- A pickup and processing fee may apply
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
